All in all, I liked everything about the kit. My biggest issue is the mount sticker. The description on the item claims it to be 3M, however I doubt that. I followed the instructions, cleaning with the provided wipes, holding in place for 2 min, pressing down to remove any bubbles, and waiting 24 hours before using. On my first trip out, due to the torsion forces of the rod with the action camera, it pulled away from the paddleboard and ultimately failed. The sticker attached to the safety plug is 3M and is solid (following the same procedures), I tested it by pulling the paddleboard off the floor using the plug string. Other than the mount sticker, I love everything about the kit. However I did incur additional costs and time as I purchased vinyl glue, removed the gunk that was the mounting glue (appeared like the glue that is used in mailed pamphlets, just strong enough to keep it closed in the mail), cleaned the area, roughed the surface with light sanding, put two coats of the glue on the paddleboard and two on the mount, and installed the mount. Its now solid. Took it out on the water and it worked great.
